		<description>Paypal has become the single most dangerous part of any transaction. Paypal DOES NOT protect the user. Paypal Only Protects itself. If the user is afforded protection it is simply a by-product.

A seller&#039;s money is 100% at risk for up to (and sometimes over) 180 days after payment is made if the buyer used a credit card.

Contrary to soothing statements made by Paypal, they do little to protect their customers, and anyone who knows how their system works can easily get the goods and then get their money back as well.

Paypal only works well when both parties involved are honest. Good Luck!

If Google can get a handle on the Fraud it would be a BIG improvment over the current Paypal system. Just having competition might force Paypal to do more than their current CYA process.
