Before anyone can enter a college or university of choice, one has to submit writing jobs that can interest—if not impress—the reader. Before I had to face this particular event in my life, I could say that I was pretty much confident with my skills in writing and that I, with no doubt, could impress practically anyone with my work. It was not a big deal at first because to me, writing comes almost naturally—like I was born to do it.
Of course, when I actually had to write my essay for my application, it was a different story. In fact, I began doubting my skills as a writer. It would be quite hard to deal with rejection if ever the person who would read my work would not be impressed and would be disappointed of my skills. One time, I was even tempted to buy an essay online. It was kind of funny because I have always thought that my work was exemplary. But for some reason, having someone write my essay for me felt right at the moment. The application was that important to me and I wanted to make sure that it would be perfect. However, I then realized that I did not need anyone to prove myself: so I did it on my own and proved to myself that I can do it.
